- It is a housing loan catered to help you buy your house when it’s still on blueprints.
- Contractors are able to finance their projects and invest in Lebanese territories.
Repayment
- The loan is presented in US Dollars
- The loan period: 25 years (possibility to add 5 years for closing 30% of the loan)
Interest Rate
- Cost of funds + 3.5% (variable interest rate) – currently 6.39%
