  • Statement of account fee (semi-annual): LBP 10,000 or USD 7 for the first page and LBP5,000 or USD 3 for every additional page.
  • Transaction Fee (Stamps): LBP 100 or USD 0.1 per transaction for same currency transactions and LBP 1,000 or USD 0.7 per transaction for different currency transactions.
  • Additional monthly fee (only in case of overdraft): 1‰ of the highest debit balance, in addition to interest fees according to the interest rate applied (currently 14% for USD, 18% for LBP accounts), a fee of LBP 10,000 along with the transaction fees.

    Cash deposit:

    You can use your debit card to deposit cash in your current account through BLOM Bank's smart ATMs anytime you want, and settle any car loan, housing loan, personal loan or credit card payment (up to USD 5,000 or counter value per day).

    Cash deposits via ATMs have no commission fees with only 1 day value date.

     

    Check deposit and cashing:

    You can use your debit card to deposit checks through the smart ATM network (up to 20 checks per transaction) and benefit from discounted fees. You can also deposit a BLOM check at the nearest BLOM ATM and cash it on the spot using the instant check cashing feature.

    Check deposits via ATMs have no commission fees!

     

    eCash:

    You can transfer cash money using your eBLOM from anywhere in the world to anyone in Lebanon. The recipient does not need to be a BLOM client and can withdraw the money from the nearest BLOM Bank ATM using a code and without the need for any payment card nor a bank account.

    You can send amounts in both LBP and USD. The LBP amounts range from LBP 20,000 to LBP 2,000,000 for a fee of LBP 1,500 and the USD amounts range from USD 50 and USD 2,000 for a fee of USD 1.
